Beastly is a 2011 romantic, fantasy and drama film. The movie is based on an arrogant young boy who is cursed to appear as ugly on the outside as he is on the inside. this beastly quest takes him along a path to find true love, someone who would look beyond his terrifying looks and love him for as he is. it is a retelling of the fairy tail Beauty and the beast but in a modern day twist. 

The lighting of the trailer is mostly low-key lighting as it has created a lot of shadows at the background and shows the low key lighting of the scenes, also many different shots have been used in this trailer such as long shot when they show the guy (beastly) in the scene you can see his whole body and his facial expressions as well as his body gestures. The low-key lighting effect produces strong contrasts of the light and dark and creates the dramatic shadows in the trailer. However Top-key lighting is also used in this trailer to make the stars look more glamorous, the top lighting comes from above and is used to accentuate the features of a character making it look different from how it originally is.
